Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.  Prices listed are for online purchases only.  For retail pricing, please contact 435-245-5021 or sales@RockyMountainTool.com . 

All orders requesting Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select shipping should contact 435-245-5021 or sales@RockyMountainTool.com prior to ordering to check product availability. If your order is out of stock, and you requested Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select as your shipping method, you will be contacted via e-mail within 24-48 business hours.

Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order. Rocky Mountain Tool .com reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.

Rocky Mountain Tool .com may require verifications or additional information before processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

Payment Policy
Rocky Mountain Tool .com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment. No surcharge will be assessed for use of a credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted. In the event that your credit card is declined, a notice will be posted in the tracking information for your account at Rocky Mountain Tool .com Click here to login to your account.  To resolve payment issues, please contact sales@RockyMountainTool.com or (435)245-5021 option 1. If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy
Rocky Mountain Tool .com ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. Rocky Mountain Tool .com will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

Orders placed on Rocky Mountain Tool .com will be shipped via UPS to street deliverable addresses only.  Orders placed with only a P.O. Box address will be cancelled. Rocky Mountain Tool .com does not ship internationally.

As a safeguard against fraudulent orders, all orders placed at Rocky Mountain Tool .com will require a signature upon delivery.
